• Prompt Data & Media: Text prompts and reference images you submit to our servers to generate video content.
• Device & Usage Information: Device type, OS version, application crashes, and usage telemetry explicitly used to improve our rendering pipeline.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate and maintain the Generation Queue.
• Route prompts to the appropriate third-party API (Veo, Kling, Sora).
• Process transactions and manage your active subscriptions.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party AI Models

Because VIBE aggregates multiple elite AI models, your explicit prompt text and reference images are securely transmitted to third-party API providers (such as OpenAI, Kuaishou, or Luma) solely for the purpose of executing the render. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers.

4. Data Retention

Generated videos are temporarily stored on our servers to allow you to download them to your device. We automatically delete generations from our CDN after 30 days. You may request manual deletion of your account and associated media at any time via the App settings.

5. Your Choices

You can restrict application permissions (like Camera Roll access) directly in your iOS or Android device settings. You can completely opt-out of analytical telemetry in the app's Advanced Settings menu.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or on this website.
