1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the VIBE AI Video Generator application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VIBE provides an AI-powered media rendering service that allows users to generate video and image content via text and image prompts using third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to Kling, Sora, and Veo.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the resulting generations. You agree not to use VIBE to:

• Generate illegal, non-consensual, harmful, or grossly offensive content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or copyright of a third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the App's security and rendering systems.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

VIBE assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in and to the specific output generated by the AI models based on your direct input, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Paid tier ("Yearly") users receive full commercial rights to their output. Free and standard tiers may be subject to non-commercial restrictions or watermarks.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features, models, and priority queues require a paid subscription. Prices are explicitly stated within the App. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed directly via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. VIBE does not guarantee that generations will always be successful, accurate, or perfectly aligned with your prompt intent, as AI generation remains experimental.
